Winchester shop let to award winning artist for her new gallery and studio

Acting on behalf of private investors, Pullen Associates have let a shop at 23 Little Minster Street, Winchester on a new lease.

The shop has been let to the award winning artist, Caroline Hall, to establish a studio in her home city of Winchester.  Caroline worked as a presenter for the BBC for 15 years and has subsequently made an impressive career as an artist with exhibitions in London and across the UK.  The main focus of her abstract work focuses on a fascination with the moving image.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says that “the shop is well suited to use as a working artist studio & gallery being located close to the Cathedral where neighbouring occupiers include a jewellers, violin repairer, milliner and coffee shop.”

The property was let on a new 5 year lease and comprises a quaint shop at first floor level as part of an interesting building which provides retail units on split levels.
