Off-Market Office Letting

Pullen Associates have let a refurbished 2nd floor office suite in an off-market transaction without formally offering the accommodation to let in the open market.   Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates report that the second floor at 2-4 Canute Road was in the process of being refurbished to provide approx 1,263 sqft of accommodation and terms were agreed in February 2020 to let the accommodation to a marketing company.   The offices have been refurbished with LED lighting, part air-conditioning, new kitchen and carpets.   A letting was completed as soon as businesses were able to re-open offices after the first lockdown of 2020.   

The letting reflected the lack of good quality refurbished office accommodation in the city with this articular building providing a character office environment located close to Ocean Village with neighbouring restaurants, coffee shops and other leisure facilities.
