Servan Barbers comes to Little Minster Street

Pullen Associates have let a city centre lock-up shop to Servan Barbers.  The premises are located in the Little Minster Street, one of the quaint streets close to The Cathedral and The Square.   It is a short distance from the pedestrianised High Street, located in a mixed retail, office and residential area of the city.  Other business occupiers closeby include Walker Austin & Alexander Tea shop, Winchester Studio and Gallery, Ginger Two, Ginger Gelato, Free Spirits Jewellery and Hats as well as Geoff Denyer Violins.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reports that "there was a lot of interest from various occupiers in the shop, which forms part of a larger Grade II Listed building and which was about 400 sqft.   The shop had previously traded as a ladies hairdressing salon and by coincidence it has been let on a new lease as a barbers shop trading as Servan".
