Pullen Associates has let a shop in Hythe town centre to a new estate agency business

The shop at 2 High Street has been let to Shore Homes residential agency, an independent family-run business.    The property is located in a prominent corner position in the pedestrianised High Street of the town overlooking the Hythe ferry terminal.   Richard Pullen says 'that following the relocation of the previous tenant, the shop was extensively refurbished by the private landlord and relet in a very short period of time with interest being received from a variety of retailers'.
